Dr. Malcolm E. (Mac) Hunter Jr.

Dr. Malcolm E. (Mac) Hunter Jr., 91, of Fredericksburg, died Friday, June 13, 2014.

Private interment of the cremains is planned at a later date.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Mona Hunter; two children and two step-children: Charles R. Hunter, Susan Hunter, Nancy Sowell and Robert Hale.

Hunter practiced internal medicine for 35 years after serving eight and one-half years in the United States Navy.

Memorials may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice or to the charity of choice.

Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.
