William C. (Bill) Scott

William C. (Bill) Scott, 90, of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015.

A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1, at Fredericksburg United Methodist Church with the Rev. George Lumpkin officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home where visitation was held Monday evening, Nov. 30.

Scott was born July 26, 1925, in Lone Oak, the son of Oliver M. Scott and Effie Thomas Scott. He married Clara Faye Jernigin on June 1, 1946, in Commerce. She preceded him in death.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Margene Scott of Fredericksburg.
