Mrs. Joe E. Roddy

Mrs. Joe E. Roddy, 91, nee Geneva Mae Osborne of Levelland and formerly of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015.

Graveside services and interment were held at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 27, at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Larry Adams officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.

Mrs. Roddy was born April 7, 1923, in Centralia, Illinois, the daughter of Clarence Osborne and Blossom Meyers Osborne. She married Joe E. Roddy on Feb. 18, 1942. He preceded her in death on March 11, 1989.

She is survived by one daughter and two sons, including Ronald Roddy, of Hawkins; Adrienne Jo Roddy, Dedham, Massachusetts, and Mark Steven Roddy, Levelland.
Survivors also include eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
