Charles Lindsey Harris, 72, of Stonewall, died Thursday, Sept. 25, 2014.
Graveside services and interment will be held Saturday, Oct. 4, at 1 p.m. at the Stonewall Community Cemetery under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home.
Harris was born May 13, 1942, in Morgan City, Louisiana, the son of Charles Leo Harris and Ruby Harris.
He is survived by one son, one daughter and spouses, John and Angelique Moore of Angleton, and April and Gary LeCompte of Jones Creek; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by two sisters, Donna Bodden of Oregon and Vicki Campbell of Arkansas; two step-sisters, Terri Cavanaugh and Marcia Maderious, and one step-brother, Bill Rowe of St. Paul, Minnesota.
His parents preceded him in death.
