Travis Brooks

Travis Brooks, 32, of Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, June 4, 2014.

A memorial service was held Sunday, June 8, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home with Bobby Shaffer officiating.

Brooks was born Aug. 5, 1981, in Fredericksburg, the son of Thomas Wayne Brooks and Sandra Lynn Haynes Brooks. He married Rikki Wray who survives.

In addition to his wife, Brooks is survived by a son, Thomas Brooks of Louisiana; his mother, Sandy Cole of Fredericksburg; a sister, Jennifer Kelley of Galveston, and a brother, Edwin Brooks of Austin.
