Carolyn Anne Guynes Shaw, 79, of Houston and formerly of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, March 25, 2014, in Los Angeles, Calif.
A memorial service will be held Monday, April 7, at 1:30 p.m., at Joseph J. Earthman Generations, 234 Westcott St., Houston.
