CAROLE MILLER DEMUTH
Carole Anita Miller Demuth, 79, of Fredericksburg, died Monday, May 2, 2016.
Mrs. Demuth was born July 7, 1936, in Hays, Ellis County, Kansas, the daughter of A.O. and Darlene Miller. She married Eugene Demuth 59 years ago and he survives.
Mrs. Demuth attended Kansas State University and the University of Texas at Austin for fashion design and communications, and in 1955, was crowned Cowboy Capital Sweetheart in Dodge City, Kansas.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Demuth is survived by four daughters and spouses, including Dawn and Mark Cumberland, Cheryl and Darrell Dieringer, Renee Demuth and Geni Demuth Rolater.
Survivors also include seven grandchildren and a sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Rodney Henry.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials may be made to the Holy Ghost Lutheran Church Building Fund or to the charity of choice.
Arrangements were under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
