Wesley Allen Alberthal, 80, of Fredericksburg died Friday, Nov. 13, 2015.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16, in the Family Chapel at Greenwood Cemetery.
Fredericksburg Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
Alberthal was born Feb. 7, 1935, in Fredericksburg to Richard Alberthal and Cora Petmecky Alberthal. He married Davy Jean Schnerr in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church and she preceded him in death.
Alberthal worked for the San Antonio Water Board as an inspector.
He is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Justin and Mary Alberthal and Jerry Alberthal, all of Frisco.
He is also survived by two grandchildren and a sister, Julia Chatwell of San Antonio.
In addition to his wife, Alberthal was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Joe Henry Alberthal and Andrew Alberthal.
Memorials may be made to the Hill Country SPCA, the Holy Ghost Building Fund or the charity of choice.
