LLOYD KASTL
Lloyd Kastl, 63, of Harper, died Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015.
Family and friends gathered Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 20, at the VFW Hall for a time of remembrance.
Arrangements and cremation were under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
Kastl was born Aug. 24, 1952, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Kastl. He married Nancy Walker who survives.
For many years, Kastl worked in the construction industry in the Fort Worth area before moving to the Hill Country.
He owned a motorcycle shop called Lloyd’s of Wimberley, and also spent some time in Louisiana as a tow boat captain for Blessy Marine.
In addition to his wife, Kastl is survived by one brother, Thomas Kastl of Adkins.
Memorials may be made to the Hill Country SPCA or to the charity of choice.
