Anne L. (Rusty) Foster, 84, of Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2015.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Fredericksburg Baptist Church.

Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
