Guadalupe Jaimes

Guadalupe Jaimes, 57, nee Lopez, of Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, July 29, 2015.

Graveside services and interment were held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev. Felix Barrera officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home where visitation was held Friday evening, July 31.

Mrs. Jaimes was born Oct. 12, 1957 in Mexico, the daughter of Evaristo Lopez and Delfina Velaquez Lopez. She married Heriberto Jaimes on May 3, 1975, in Mexico, and he survives.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Jaimes is survived by the following children: Maria Delgado and her husband, Victor; Bertin Jaimes and his wife, Carmelita Galvan; Delfino Jaimes and his wife, Gloria; Minerva Jaimes and her husband, Fernando Lopez; Luis Jaimes and his wife, Berta, and Herberto Eddie Jaimes.

Survivors also include 16 grandchildren.

She is also survived by the following siblings: Simona Lopez, Lobardo Lopez, Jose Lopez, Juan Lopez, Jesus Lopez, Eutiquia Lopez, Virgilia Lopez, Paula Lopez and Felipe Lopez.

Mrs. Jaimes was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Petra Lopez.
