Ruger Dwayne Rowan, age 2, of Harper, and son of Lindsay Michelle Fisk and Brian Wayne Rowan, died Friday, July 3, 2015, in San Antonio.
Arrangements are under the direction of Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville where visitation will be held today, Wednesday, July 8, from 5-6 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 9, at Wild Ride Ministries Cowboy Church in Harper, with interment following in the Harper Community Cemetery.
