
MRS. WARREN F. MILLER
Mrs. Warren F. Miller, 100, nee Elenora Klein, died Tuesday, April 21, 2015, at Knopp Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
A funeral Mass was celebrated at 11:30 a.m., Friday, April 24, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Msgr. Enda McKenna officiating. Mary Ann Murchison was the pianist, and Liz Tynan, the vocalist.
Interment followed at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home where visitation and a rosary service, led by Deacon Pat Klein, were held Friday morning before the Mass.
Mrs. Miller was born March 16, 1915, in Gillespie County, the daughter or Joe J. Klein and Otilia Duecker Klein. She married Warren F. Miller on Sept. 12, 1933, in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on Sept. 23, 1979.
She is survived by two sisters, Viola, Mrs. Clemens Immel, and Rufina, Mrs. Elgin Heep, both of Fredericksburg; and one daughter-in-law, Cheryl, Mrs. James Miller, of San Antonio.
Survivors also include nine grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Miller was preceded on death by a daughter, Dorothy Cox; a son-in-law, Hubert Cox Jr.; three sons, Fredrich Miller, James Miller and John Miller; and two grandchildren, Glenn Miller and Becky Cox.
Memorials may be made to Hill Country Memorial Hospice or to the charity of choice.
Pallbearers included Tyler Brundridge, Jeff Cox, Cody Cox, Tyler Cox, Jordan Anders and Drew Deike.
