Mrs. Robert E. Scott

Mrs. Robert E. Scott, 101, nee Patricia Lola Mae Lewis of Fredericksburg, died Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Knopp Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, April 22, in the chapel of Schaetter Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Sidney Spiller officiating.

Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation was held Wednesday morning at the funeral chapel.

Mrs. Scott was born Aug. 1, 1913, in Eddy, the daughter of Corban Jerrell Lewis and Ellen Dematrious Rutherford. She married Robert E. Scott on April 18, 1936, in Houston. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy LaFleur and her husband, Clovis, of Fredericksburg, and Dolly Scott, of Greeley, Colorado.

Survivors also include nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by one son, Robert (Scotty) Scott Jr., and four brothers, including Herbert Norman Lewis, Isaac (Zeke) Lewis, Corban Jerrell Lewis and Owen David Lewis, and one sister, Blanche Taylor.
