Martha Waddell

Martha Waddell, 87, nee Williams of Fredericksburg, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014.

A memorial service was held Sunday, Feb. 2, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Fredericksburg Funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Vitek officiating.

Ms. Waddell was born Aug. 8, 1926, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of Abraham Williams and Marion Mighton Williams.

She was a retired realtor.

Ms. Waddell is survived by four children, including Annie Jensen of Columbus, Ohio; Morgan Waddell of Sunbury, Ohio; Polly Waddell of Fredericksburg and San Antonio, and Kirk Waddell and his wife, Kate, of Bokeelia, Fla.

Survivors also include six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or to the charity of choice.
