Mrs. Ewald Rode, 96, nee Elsa Meier of Fredericksburg, died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Knopp Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 30, from 5:30-7:30 p.m., and Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 7:30-9:30 a.m., at Schaetter Funeral Home, and on Tuesday, Dec. 31, from 10-11 a.m., at Bethany Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 31, at 11 a.m., at Bethany Lutheran Church with interment following at Greenwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Fredericksburg Chorale, Hill Country Memorial Hospice, Bethany Lutheran Church or to the charity of choice.
