Mrs. Harold Pape, 95, nee Edna Louise Arlitt of Fredericksburg, died Monday, June 6, 2016, at Knopp Nursing Home.
Graveside services and interment were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 9, in the Harper Community Cemetery with the Rev. Allen Williams officiating.
Arrangements were under the direction of Schaetter Funeral Home where visitation was held Thursday morning.
Mrs. Pape was born Sept. 2, 1920, in Lavaca County, the daughter of Bruno Arlitt and Emma Roth Arlitt. She married Harold Pape on May 8, 1960, in Holy Ghost Lutheran Church. He preceded her in death on Dec. 19, 2015.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Victor and Dot Arlitt of Brenham, and a sister, Lillie Mae Eisner of Fredericksburg.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Pape was preceded in death by one brother, Henry Arlitt, and two sisters, Esther Kunz and Victoria Eckhardt.
Memorials may be made to Holy Ghost Lutheran Church or to the charity of choice.
