Doris Marie Cress

Doris Marie Cress, 73, of Fredericksburg, died Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at Hill Country Memorial Hospital.

A memorial service was held at 10 a.m. today, Wednesday, May 18, at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Priem officiating.

Interment followed at Der Stadt Friedhof.

Ms. Cress was born Jan. 7, 1943, the daughter of Harold Wayne Cress and Ernestine A. Doell Cress.

Memorials may be made to Hill Country Community Needs Council, Holy Ghost Lutheran Church or to the charity of choice.

Arrangements were under the direction of Fredericksburg Funeral Home.
